Manager, Employee and Labour Relations
Reporting to the executive director, Corporate Services, the manager, Employee and Labour Relations is responsible for establishing and overseeing the operational requirements of the pCPA’s employee and labour relations functions. They support the strategic goals through the development, execution and evaluation of initiatives that align with the organization’s mandate and objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, employee and labour relations expertise and partner engagement acumen.
A vital role in establishing a positive and engaging employee relations environment, the manager, employee and Labour Relations supports and oversees critical talent functions, including collective bargaining processes, learning and development, succession planning and ensures the organization is compliant with labour laws across Canada.
