The pCPA is pleased to announce that Dr. Clifford Lo will be joining the pCPA team as acting deputy CEO on July 8, 2024.
Cliff has a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, having been the director of the Formulary Management, Therapeutic Assessment and Access branch of the B.C. Ministry of Health for the past six years.
Cliff is a pharmacist and has completed a master’s degree in health administration from UBC and an executive master’s degree in health economics, policy and management from the London School of Economics. He is also a clinical assistant professor at the UBC School of Pharmacy and he lectures for the UBC School of Medicine. Cliff will bring a wealth of clinical, negotiation and health economics expertise to the pCPA team.
Cliff looks forward to working with industry, government, health system leaders and other stakeholders to deliver on the pCPA’s mandate of improving the health of Canadians and preserving a sustainable publicly funded health system in Canada.
